Established in 2009, An-Nisa is a Houston-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing trauma-informed mental health care, domestic violence support, and educational programs to empower individuals and families. We work to restore self-sufficiency, advocate for survivors, and address the root causes of crisis in underserved communities.

We offer free and sliding-scale counseling services based on need. No one is turned away due to financial constraints. We believe everyone deserves access to healing and support.

Our licensed therapists provide individual, family, marriage, and trauma counseling. We also offer neurofeedback therapy, wellbeing advising, youth mental health services, and culturally responsive support tailored to your needs.
