Join Our Mission. Volunteer Today

Be a part of something meaningful. Help empower survivors, support families, and uplift our community, through workshops, community fulfillment events, advocacy, and many more oppurtunities to be a part of something bigger.

Our Back to School Drives support underserved children by providing backpacks, school supplies, clothing, and more. As a volunteer, you’ll help organize donations, assemble supply kits, and distribute essentials at community events.

Community Fulfillment

Support dignity and warmth through our seasonal clothing and eid drives. We collect and distribute gently used and new clothing to families in need—especially survivors rebuilding their lives.

Join us in the fight against hunger by supporting our ongoing food drives. We collect, organize, and distribute essential food items to families experiencing hardship—providing nourishment and hope when it’s needed most.

Advocacy

Be a voice for the voiceless. As an Advocacy & Outreach Volunteer, you’ll help raise awareness about domestic violence, women’s rights, and the needs of underserved communities.

Support one of An-Nisa’s most impactful outreach events of the year. The Judges’ Luncheon brings together judges, lawyers, law enforcement, and advocates to discuss the intersection of domestic violence, faith, and justice.

Change begins with conversation—but lasts through policy. An-Nisa’s policy advocacy work focuses on improving survivor protections, access to culturally competent services, and equity in the justice system. Join us in influencing public policy at the local, state, and national levels.

Events

Help us bring our mission to life through powerful events that educate, empower, and enrich the community. From large-scale conferences to intimate workshops, volunteers play a vital role in ensuring each event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impact.

From parenting classes to trauma-informed care trainings, we host interactive sessions for clients, professionals, and community members.

Our conferences and public events bring people together to address important issues like domestic violence, mental health, and faith-informed healing.
