Our licensed professionals help clients build self-awareness and develop a healthier relationship with themselves — a foundational step toward healing, empowerment, and inner peace.
Biofeedback & Neurofeedback
At An-Nisa Hope Center, we believe in innovative, holistic care. In 2022, our team was trained in neurofeedback therapy, and we’re proud to now offer this powerful service to our clients — especially those healing from domestic violence or significant trauma.
Neurofeedback, also called EEG biofeedback, is a non-invasive, drug-free therapy that helps regulate brain function. It’s an effective treatment for conditions like ADHD, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related challenges. By using sensors placed on the scalp, neurofeedback teaches clients how to improve self-regulation and emotional resilience by giving real-time feedback on brain activity.
Our neurotherapy approach combines neurofeedback, biofeedback, and talk therapy to provide whole-person care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
