1. How long have you been working at An-Nisa?
Saira Waheed, Case Manager: I am proud to say that I’m in my sixth year at An-Nisa.
2. What keeps you motivated and passionate about your work every day?
Saira Waheed: My motivation and inspiration comes from witnessing the happiness, joy and self-esteem resulting from the positive changes in the lives that An-Nisa has impacted. For me, that is more than enough reason to continue working toward transforming lives and helping our community overcome hardship.
3. What’s one of your biggest achievements here, and how did it shape your journey?
Saira Waheed: The beauty of working here is that every achievement—no matter how small—is valued and celebrated, because nothing is too small of an achievement to matter. Each small success builds toward something greater, and that’s what drives me. I love looking ahead and continuously moving forward.
